I must say I'm quite proud of myself I rejoined TOPS last week after being gone for about a year. I was about 10 lbs away from my goal when I stopped going laast year (due to illness) But this year I kept putting it off and off because I am currently 10 lbs over my heaviest

But I kept saying that i would rejoin when I lost those extra 10 lbs but they just don't seem to want to come off.

I have been on sugarbusters since Late Aug but I think that it works for some people and not for others I just happen to be one of the ones that it doesn't work on. So now I think I'm going to go back to counting my calories instead of my sugars (I'm not a sugar fan anyway) I still eat whole wheat everything! pastas, rice, bread, and I do try to stay away from the sugars in my diet. I drink lots of water and exersice as much as I can 3x a week for 45 min at the gym and I have atotal gym at home that I workout on everynight

I have come to the conclusion if it doesn't come of it's not for lack of trying
