Hey Ladies,

Here is what I have been eating this week:

Oatmeal 1/2 cup for breakfast with equal. Today I had an egg on the side with the oatmeal.

Lunch:

I have been having 3 oz of tunafish (single serve cans) 1 1/2 pts.
2 tablespoons of lite mayo on Lite wheat bread

Dinner:

Tonight Steak 4 oz., Last night Hamburger 1/2 cup, Pork chop 4 oz., Ham 4 oz.

Either Brown instant rice 1/2 cup or wheat spiral noodles 3/4 cup with either the SF Hunts spaghetti sauce 1 cup = 1 pt, alfredo sauce 1/4 cup 3 1/2 pts., With the rice I use 1/4 cup of the FF heinz beef gravy = 2 pts.

Snack:

1 package of SF jello, apples, triscuits with onion dip (1 pt for 1 tablespoon)

How do these foods look christie? Am I staying legal

Today I had for lunch:

Salad with pepperoni, turkey, ham, cheese, egg, cauliflower, cucumbers, NO CROUTONS ff russian dressing
Peaches and applesauce
All at the buffet

I also had a tossed salad with lettuce and cucumber for a snack with ff french dressing this week one night instead of the popcorn

and guess what?????????
no matter what the scale says this week..... MY SIZE 10s FIT GREAT!!!!!!!! I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My scale shows the same but my waist shows a loss, so I am gonna be ready for the big loss next week for sure :D:D Oh how good it feels when the pants fit :o

my liquid vitamins with minerals, my whey protien, and my EFAs


Breakfast- bowl of Sams cereal, with 1 eggs and 1/2 cup milk

Lunch- homeade chili

snack- pear

supper- not sure yet

I will have to fill in all this after my meeting, I try not to eat before I go if at all possible ;) Anywho have a great day guys and know that all this hard work will pay off I just know it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

break- 1 hard boiled egg.

snack- grapes (40) about 2 fruits 2pts (?)
snack 1 oz of low fat pringles
(haven't figured points, but will tonight)
lunch- campbell's beef peppersteak - 5 pt.s

Hi Gals,

Here goes for today:

Breakfast:

Oatmeal 1/2 cup = 2 pts.
Milk (skim) 1/2 cup = 1 pt

Lunch:

Bread lite Wheat 2 = 1 pt
Tunafish 3 oz. = 1 1/2 pts.
Lite Mayo 2 tablespoons = 3 pts.

Triscuits 7 = 2 1/2 pts.
Dip 1 tablespoon = 1 pt.

Dinner:

Stirfry with chicken and brown rice.

I bought the regular brown rice this time instead of the instant. But you get 1/2 the amount per serving for the same pts. That really stinks. It is still high in points. I was surprised that they didn't list any fiber content on the package. I think when I do have the rice I will have 2 servings even though the pts will be high. I will just be higher in my range of points is all. I had wheat pasta 3 days this week so we will see how I did with all the pasta. If I did great then I will have more pasta then rice. You get more.LOL

Here's my day of eating
 
Hi Everybody
Hope everyone was on program today. I tried. But I think I messed up at supper time.

Breakfast
Swiss Moccha Coffee 2 pts
Wheat Bagel 4 pts
Reg Egg 2 pts

Lunch
None

Supper
Cabbage with onions and sweet peppers 1 cup
Lima beans (frozen) 1/2 cup 1 pt
Hamburger 6 oz. 10 pts.

I know I had too much meat for supper. But was hungry. It was very lean hamburg. And I grilled it. So not real sure if I over ate or not. Wasn't sure how to count the cabbage. I used I can't believe its not butter spray. Not suppose to have any calories. I also used raw veggies to pick on when I felt hungry. Didn't have carrots.
The burgers fixed out the SB book weren't too bad.
