Sorry I haven't been here all weekend. I just posted on all the boards to catch up.
I had to go to a retirement party for my dad on friday night and I did terrible eating that day. We went to dinner afterward. We arrived at the resteraunt at 8pm and never got served our dinner until 10pm. They gave us a lot of food between that time though. I have never been to a place that gives you so many servings of food. But we had a lot of fun. It was all my family and my aunt. It was my aunts birthday so we celebrated her birthday as well. Needless to say I ate enough that night for the week. They also had auderves (spelling?) at the party before we went to dinner that I filled up on to.
Then on saturday We went and got our tree. It still isn't decorated. I was going to do it last night but it didn't work out. I got back on track yesterday with eating and did great.
Then today I had to go to a birthday party for my Mom, Nephew and Neice. I was so proud of myself. I did go to my parents house for breakfast and had 2 slices of bacon and 3 pancakes. Then I came home and left my daughter there to play with the cousins and did my 1 hour body sculpting video to burn off the pancakes. Then I went back down and while everyone was there for the party eating pizza and cake and ice cream I only had a can of pinnapples. I was so proud of myself. There were 5 2 cut pizza's there and I passed. It wasn't easy but I was determined to have a loss this week and knew I ate breakfast. Then when everyone was just about gone I was going to give in and have a pc of pizzal. Well my 3 year old reminded me that I couldn't have it because we were going tubing and I said you are right and thank you very much and I had a bannana instead to take care of the hunger. Then I came home had a hot cup of FF hot choc and made dinner and ate my one helping of that. I was so stuffed after I was through with dinner it was like I ate 3 helpings. I had extra veggies at dinner to. So over all I am so proud of myself for doing so well.
I am going to repeat that for the rest of the week so I can have a loss this week so I can go to the gym next week.
Well I am exhausted it has been a long weekend. We have our tree up but it is not decorated yet. We will do that tomorrow night. I also have decided that at the 5 lb loss mark I will get me some bubble bath. I am going to take a hot bath now and get warmed up. I am freezing and I am bundled in a blanket.LOL

I forgot to mention that I had a 2 lb loss over 3 weeks this past week at weigh in. I couldn't stay for the meeting because my husband decided to go out and not come home to watch my daughter. I was not happy but at least I weighed in so I know I will have a loss next week.
