Well good morning ladies ;)
Well here is the daily dose of {{{{{{{{{{{[ good vibes}}}}}}}}}}}} for the day :):) Hoping everyone is doing well and ready to start their day fresh today..... I will be honest guys.... I had an awful weekend food wise...BUT I am SO through with that!!!! I am going back on the Sugar busters program and I AM gonna get back on the losing end again...{{{{{{{{{{{{{{VIBES}}}}}}}}}}}}}} So no matter what plan you are following...I have faith in you and know we can all reach our goals, Together we can move this mountain :D Tops Hugs and {{{{{{{{{{{{{vibes}}}}}}}}}}} to you all;) |
Think I finally hit a plateau
Good for you, you CAN do it.
After 18 weeks of staight losses, I think I will weigh in with a tiny loss, a stay the same or a tiny gain. Tommorow is my weigh in, I was tempted for a nano second to just skip it, but then I thought , I gotta take the good with the bad, right? I could not have been "better" this week, I stuck to my program, worked out like I was auditioning for Teminator 3, and this morning I hopped on the scales to see the same old numbers from last week. Sigh...Could a pound fall off me overnight? probably not... On the bright side I have the begining of a tricept. I thought I didn't have those. Wish me luck, and keep those positive vibes flowing!!! |

18 whole weeks with losses????????
WAY TO GOAL GIRL!!!!!!!! I didnt realize!! I would be glad to have a whole month with losses :lol: If by chance you did hit a plateau...it wont last long with the workout you are doing :D I know it is discouraging when you hit one but I am just sure you will do great tomorow...no matter what (remember) that muscle weighs more than fat and that it also BURNS fat :D:D So just keep up the great work...You are very motivating!!!!!! |
