Default Tuesday 10-30

Good morning ladies,

Hope today will find everyone having a great day!!! Yesterday was quiet on the board....thanks Eleni for the post and I love that little girl waving.

Eleni, I am sending good vibes your way so that the scale will show a loss this week. Got your note, don't worry about the venting, I can relate so much and don't fret about what you say to me. Totally understand....

Sherri, I would love to go to a rally that big!! Can't imagine!!! Retreats are great. Went to one 4 years ago and it was a lot of fun and you can only eat what they serve, so almost everyone lost something in those 5 days. A few gained because they didn't bring their normal medications and messed themselves up. Don't know what they were thinking about. I would love to do another one sometime.

Tonight we have just a weigh in instead of our normal meeting night on Wednesday since few were going to make it. I don't think it will be pretty. My eating is still off, but I did ride my bike 6.25 miles in 30 minutes yesterday. It felt mighty good when I got off....don't know why I have a hard time keeping up something that improves my well being. Let's see if I can do more.........

Have a great day ladies....don't forget....we can do this...after all, WE ARE WOMEN!!!!!

Just have a minute to say good morning. Hope you all have a good day. I am slowly doing better. How are you doing???? We have a lot of "missing in action". You need to come to the boards. Good or bad. Especially when you are good so we can see someone doing good and give us all hope. And when you are not doing so good too so we know we have company. Either way, stop by if only to say hello. Time to leave for work

Talking Hey there ladies

Well its another beautiful day huh?? I have a big one planned so far.... I have to clean the house up real good ... then I have to babysit for about 6 hours and then I am on my way to the walking track with Marissa, So I will be sure to get my exercise in LOL.

Summer- Great job on riding that bike Wish I had one, I am sure you will be fine at weigh in

Eleni- Cant wait to see how the slim fast works for you this week, And you are right about being on here when we are doing good or not, I am sorry I havent been on more myself Will try to do better..... Oh and thanks for all the health pages you sent... You are such a doll!!


Sherri- Where you at girl I have been trying to call and stuff, Hope to hear from you today or so... I have been doing pretty good, so we will see at weigh in right??? And your menus look GREAT too..

Nita- Keep your chin up girl, I am sure you will have a great loss at your next weigh in... I am here rooting for ya!!

Ciecie- Hope everything is ok , Been missing you on the food tracker girl

Guys, this has alot of good info in it... it will let you know how much you need to weigh right down to how much exercise you will need and calories it will take to get there.. Plus it has a profile you can take that will help you find out what you are lacking nutrition wise as well as a healthy weight calculator, It is at www.foodfit.com

I haven't been doing good this week. Last week, I was really motivated. But, we went out to eat after our TOPS meeting, Friday and I had trouble getting back on plan. Today, I'm starting to keep a journal again and count my points. I am a CANNER! I CAN do this.

I have a lot to do today. As soon as I check out the web site that Christie recommended, I'm getting all my coupons together and go grocery shopping. That is one job that I dislike, but it is the end of the month and I have some good coupons to use.

Summer,

That is great that you got back on that bike again. That is what you have to do every day like you did before. You were losing great when you did that. Glad to see that you are realing yourself back in again. I sure hope you have a loss this week so you don't lose your satus. You can do this.

I agree with summer about being able to vent. That is what we are here for and I don't take it personally. And neither should the others and I know they don't. We all have our bad times. I know I went through it long enough myself. I am just glad that I am starting to come out of the rut. I can see daylight now. I haven't been able to see that in months now. Keep up the great work with the slim fast. I am sure you will have a loss this week. If you can keep up the slim fast then maybe you should keep on it for as long as you can. It seems to be working.

You are doing great girl. I have been busy but I have been online also. I guess we have just been missing each other. I am glad we finally caught up with each other today. It was nice. Too bad we didn't have long to talk but we will make up for it next time. Your menus look great. Keep up the great work. If the fish is the only mistake you made all week then you will have a loss for sure. I think you will regain your status back this week. I am rooting for you.

That is great that you are posting. Don't worry you will do better this week I am sure. Just get focused and know that this is something you have to do for you. You can do this and I am behind you along with a long line of internet friends here on this board. Hold you head high and know you can do it. Counting your points will get you where you need to be. Don't forget to get in all your food groups. I made that mistake and I was gaining. Make sure they are good points and get in your exercise to. You will have a loss next week for sure.

As far as I go. I have had another great day on plan. I am finding that I am not as hungry the past few days. Also that the ff hot choc which is only 1/2 pt for those WW people out there really fills me up when I think I need to eat.
I walked my 1.7 miles again today. I was happy when I got on the scale this morning and it was down. So I should have a good loss this week hopefully. I am doing everything right this time. I didn't take my daughter with me this morning on my walk with my sister. She stayed with my mom. We walked to mom's house and then she walked back when I picked her up. That way she could stay warm while we walked. She doesn't like to be out that long when it is so cold out. It wasn't bad today but the wind was blowing. It was only in the 50's today but it is supposed to rain tomorrow. But not until the afternoon. So hopefully when I get up it will be dry for me to go walking again.
I told my husband tonight that I was going to weigh in then we can go to dinner on thursday for his birthday. He wants to go to a chineese buffet. So I am so glad we are doing it after weigh in with all the weight you gain from the salt in that food. But boy is it good.

I am going to go. I am freezing and I have a cup of hot choc. waiting for me in the cup you gave me eleni. That way I can think of you while drinking it .
