That is great that you got back on that bike again. That is what you have to do every day like you did before. You were losing great when you did that. Glad to see that you are realing yourself back in again. I sure hope you have a loss this week so you don't lose your satus. You can do this.

I agree with summer about being able to vent. That is what we are here for and I don't take it personally. And neither should the others and I know they don't. We all have our bad times. I know I went through it long enough myself. I am just glad that I am starting to come out of the rut. I can see daylight now. I haven't been able to see that in months now. Keep up the great work with the slim fast. I am sure you will have a loss this week. If you can keep up the slim fast then maybe you should keep on it for as long as you can. It seems to be working.

You are doing great girl. I have been busy but I have been online also. I guess we have just been missing each other. I am glad we finally caught up with each other today. It was nice. Too bad we didn't have long to talk but we will make up for it next time.

Your menus look great. Keep up the great work. If the fish is the only mistake you made all week then you will have a loss for sure. I think you will regain your status back this week. I am rooting for you.

That is great that you are posting. Don't worry you will do better this week I am sure. Just get focused and know that this is something you have to do for you. You can do this and I am behind you along with a long line of internet friends here on this board. Hold you head high and know you can do it. Counting your points will get you where you need to be. Don't forget to get in all your food groups. I made that mistake and I was gaining. Make sure they are good points and get in your exercise to. You will have a loss next week for sure.
As far as I go. I have had another great day on plan. I am finding that I am not as hungry the past few days. Also that the ff hot choc which is only 1/2 pt for those WW people out there really fills me up when I think I need to eat.
I walked my 1.7 miles again today. I was happy when I got on the scale this morning and it was down. So I should have a good loss this week hopefully. I am doing everything right this time. I didn't take my daughter with me this morning on my walk with my sister. She stayed with my mom. We walked to mom's house and then she walked back when I picked her up. That way she could stay warm while we walked. She doesn't like to be out that long when it is so cold out. It wasn't bad today but the wind was blowing. It was only in the 50's today but it is supposed to rain tomorrow. But not until the afternoon. So hopefully when I get up it will be dry for me to go walking again.
I told my husband tonight that I was going to weigh in then we can go to dinner on thursday for his birthday. He wants to go to a chineese buffet. So I am so glad we are doing it after weigh in with all the weight you gain from the salt in that food. But boy is it good.
I am going to go. I am freezing and I have a cup of hot choc. waiting for me in the cup you gave me eleni. That way I can think of you while drinking it .
