You are right most veggies are free. I have been having more of them every night. I have between 12 1/2 oz. - 13 1/2 oz. so that is at least 3 servings. It has been making me more satisified also. I am still sticking to my points. I went over yesterday because I had such a huge gain 4 lbs by the dr's scale in one week.
But I am HAPPY to say I finally had a loss at tops tonight. I lost 3/4 lb. I will take that and keep going. I really think that the things that the dietician said and I am doing are working. So I am going to stick with it. I haven't changed my points just the make up of them. It is a more healthier way to eat also. So that is good.
That is great nita that your scale is down. See you are getting right back on track and doing great. Keep up the great work and you will be down your 15 lbs by christmas.

How did you do tonight? Is the slim fast working for you? Are you still drinking it? Let me know what is happening. I don't have a phone card so I can't call you. But I will when I get one again. I miss chatting with you.

Are you eating healthy still. I think that is a great idea that nita brought up about doing one of the 3 or like she said at least 3 things on that list before eating between meals. By the time you finished them you will have forgotten you are hungry or you will realize your clothes don't fit and won't want to eat to gain more weight.

I think I might try that myself this week.
I am so proud of myself. I brought money with me to the meeting so I could stop and get some ice cream on the way home and I didn't even stop nor did I want to. I felt so great that I lost weight that I want to keep it off. So I came straight home. That is a start of breaking the cycle of bad habits I guess.

Well girl how did you make out did you get your status back this week or what. If not I know you will get it off for sure next week. Hang in there and keep up the great work. You are really making great changes in your habits and it is showing and rubbing off onto your daughter which is great. You are a great role model for her. Keep up the great work.
