Well tomorrow will tell if I have done well this week. I have sure tried since the week-end. I guess I really didn't do bad over the week-end. But I haven't gotten on the scales all week. Thought I would just be surprised come Thursday.
There is an interesting article in this months Good Housekeeping. (P.143) It might help our concept of weight loss. I tried to pull it up but coudn't get the story. It is advertising a book, but just read the article and apply it to your program!
We have had rain! We had a little yesterday AM and by night we had a dust storm! (The joy of living in out area!) But today it has rained most of the day and more predicted for tonight.
I work as a volunteer at our Middle School. (Where I retired after 18 years! Second retirement!) I really enjoyed today, I like that age kids.
