    I am so sorry I feel like I have let you all down. I started the Challenge thread and then pooped out. I have been so sick since the first of the month. Have bronchitis and it has really done a job on me. Have been to the Dr. on a weekly basis, had to do some fast talking to stay out of the hosp. (maybe I should have gone). But I am feeling better today. The only time I have been out is for Dr.'s appointments. A friend asked it I was getting cabin fever...I told her no, I just could barely make it out of the bed much less get out of the house.
    Hope you are all doing okay, staying warm and on track. The weather has been so bad all over that I've wondered about you all. We had ice and sleet, but near as bad as some have had.
    But we still have a few weeks left on this challenge, so let's get with it. With the steroids, I will be playing catch up! But can't be helped...so forward I go!
    So everyone join me and we will make this work!

    So sorry to hear about your bronchitis. You sound like you really got it bad. hope you feel better soon.

    I am on a business trip right now and they are feeding us too well. Out to dinner tonite and tomorrow and cookies and bagels in the meeting room. My will powere is being sorely tested, and I did have 2 cookies this afternoon. Hopefully, I will be able to get back on track this weekend.

    Please take care of yourself and gethealthy again. We finally have snow up in Rochester so I was our cross country skiing this weekend.
