Courtie, AMEN! Luckily, today was my day off but I've still be running around since 4:30 this morning! I think I'm just going to crawl into bed for a nap.
I worked 48 hours this week, 6 days straight. Today's my first day off since last Saturday. I got two breaks the entire week. I'm pooped, and I have to work in the morning.
OMG!! It took me 10 minutes to be able to get to this site! Crazy! I'm starting to think it's not worth it,I get so frusterated! LOL!
Just popping in, had a great day with my boy, went to McD's, shopping, KFC and now 5 hours later, home!
Chat later!
lydia--congrats!! nephews are the greatest.....you can spoil them and have fun with them...but when they start to act up, you can turn them over to their parents!!

i'm just here. starting over today. trying to eat right and get some sort of exercise in. I am at my all time fattest (well at least that I can remember...on the scale anyway) so its time to smarten up and crack down the whip on myself. lol I am such a weenie and I know I can't tell myself no.......I just have to be stronger. cuz i know i can do this. just gotta try harder.
Howdy! Stopping in before we have out broiled fish and chips YUM! At least it's not deep fried! LOL!
Nothing new here today, just sulking and cleaning out the entryway closet.
I cleaned out 32 pair of shoes and like 12 jackets! LOL!
I'm a clothes.shoes hog!
Oh well, almost time to eat so I better set the table!
Have a good night!
Ro~ my goal when i first started was just to keep moving. If u use a treadmill do not concentrate on how fast or long(try for 10 at first then keep adding 1 minute each day or second day) just keep telling yourself to keep moving. Commit to 2 weeks and you will feel so much better that u will want to keep moving and then start setting goals. I know it is hard but DO NOT step on the scale for thr 2 weeks also take yor mesurements then do it again in 2 weeks. Add some basic like squats etc. if you want to see results faster. I know it is hard but all of us started somewhere we are here to push you. lol
Hubby goes in this week for more blood test(it will take bout 2 weeks to get results). Then in January he goes to the specialist and we will take it from there( whether he will get treatment or not)
Hi gals, I'm back. Hawaii was terrific. Lots of relaxing on the beach, snorkeling (I saw a shark!!), hiking, and a nice kayak trip. We got to totally relax and it was wonderful to spend so much time together. It was a perfect way to spend a 10th anniversary.
Wendy-so sorry to hear about your health effecting your school. You gotta take care of health first. All the rest (except Ryan) can take a backseat.
CM-Hope your hubbys tests turn out ok. I cant imagine how difficult this time is for you. Hang in there.
Lydia-Hope your work environment is improving. Congrats on the new nephew. I agree with Ro. They are the best and I love spoiling them rotten and then sending them on their way when they get snotty/crabby!!
Courtney and Shari-get some sleep girls. I'm still whacked out from the time difference and trying desperatly to get back on track. Going to bed at 1:30 and getting up at 5:30 is sucking big time right now.
Well, I got a run in this morning. The first one in 2 weeks!!! I was slow, but got in 3 miles and I feel really good now. I gained 4.5 pounds on vacation, so Im fighting to get them off fast now. Its a little scary to be up in weight with the holidays so close. My goal is to have those extra off before Thanksgiving so I dont start creeping up through the entire holdiay season. Wish me luck.
