I totally couldn't low-carb, I'd probably die.. or at least want to.. lol. Altho, that being said, I am REALLY limiting my wheat, it's so not good in my body.
TOM started for me yesterday, I feel bloated and icky. I'm working today, so I gotta fit myself into some jeans when sweats sound so much better, heh. Speaking of which.. I guess I better go there.. heh.. have a good one!
Hi Shari, Ladies! It looks like you're all already 1 week into the challenge, is it too late to start? I know it ends 2 weeks after the 4th, but that's ok. I really just need some motivation to get back on track. Good Luck to everyone =)
Just weighed myself and i lost some more weight....i have lost 6 more pounds...it looks like i might meet my pledge of 10 pounds...i guess being patient works...
I am still at 232. that's what the scale said last night and I didn't bother weighing myself this morning. So until next monday, that's what it's going to be!!
Hey girls hope everyones weekend went good. Excpet for all the rain it was nice evene thought I think I ate to much and drank to much Alcohol oops I went out saturday night with another couple played pool out till 2am. I have not gone out in so long since the kids. It was nice but had to much long island ice teas I am glad I am peron who doesn't get hangovers....lol But I did weigh my self Saturday and found out I was 188.5 gained 5 ibs. But I am on a mission. I am also planning to go away in august just so I have something to have to lose weight for atleast for a weekend well I am off to get some work done bye
Well you all KNOW im in on this challenge..its going to be hard since Im going on vacation next week, but im up for 10 lbs. I GOTTA get motivated again! I was so motivated when I started and now im soooo not!!!
