:hug: :carrot: WAY TO GO DONNA!!! Congrats!! I know that is a good feeling. I weighed last night also and have now lost 36 pounds! Totally shocked me because I was sooooooo bad last weekend. Hopefully, it won't show up on next week's weigh in.

I wish I would get off my lazy butt and be an exercise queen like the rest of you!

Hey everyone-
I just signed onto this site today, though I have visited this site many times. I have decided today to face reality and own up to the fact that I need to lose weight! So, here I am, looking for some support through this. I guess one of the bigger concerns I have is trying to eat right on a very tight budget....any advice??

I would try to stick to fresh fruits and vegetables when possible. Also drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day really, really helps! and exercising-start out small and add on as you can.
This is a great site with lots of support if you want to use it!

Hello everyone! Sorry I've been MIA...been kinda busy lately. Took our truck into the shop Wednesday and have been driving mom's car. Hopefully we'll get our truck back Monday or Tuesday. Was another crappy week and I didn't even get close to my exercise goal. But yesterday started a new week. Got in a ton of exercise yesterday...we tore down our fence yesterday afternoon and then I did some heavy cleaning. Not that easy relaxing cleaning but like the running around moving furniture pulse rate is up kind of cleaning. Hope yall have a fabulous Saturday....I'm off to work in a little bit and won't be home till almost 10 tonight.

Angel-Eyes my dear....don't worry....TOM will do that to you. Do your best to avoid mindless munching. I think that's my absolute biggest problem when TOM comes around. Everything always sounds good and I'm always hungry.

How's everyone's weekend? Mine came and went!! Dh and I took ds to see the new "cars" movie. It was pretty good, well the beginning was good and the end was good. Dragged abit in the middle but ds LOVED IT!! Had a bit too much popcorn but I was still okay for my day. Dh leaves tommorow for a conference and I was the ironing queen for the day! :queen: blech...hate ironing!!!:mad:

Been a pretty good weekend. I worked Saturday and Sunday, and I don't work until 5 Monday. I'll be getting in some more work around the house. Listened to the race today, and Jeff Gordon won...WOOOHOOO!!! And my other driver finished 5th. I'm such a happy camper right now....yeehaw! And I'm coming for you Queen Exquisitern! ;)

Ah!!!!! The pressure, the pressure!!!!!
I had a pretty good weekend too. I took my daughter to see "Cars" last week. I had to work Saturday 7a-7p. Yesterday, I tried a new church with my sister. It was nice, not sure if I want it to be my church home or not. I'm going to visit a couple of more times and see. I walked 10 miles on Saturday and 7 1/2 yesterday. I am a walking fool!!!!! I walked 5 miles this morning after I got up. It really helps to jump start my day!

Sounds like I've got my work cut out for me if I wanna steal that crown from you Queen Exquisitern. I ahve yet to make it to the movies to see Cars...probably won't until it's on HBO lol. We're going Wednesday to see Superman...can't wait for that one :)
