I just finished Crunch Cardio Dance Blast! What a riot! I really enjoyed it and I am really sweating! I am really uncoordinated and have no idea if I will ever "get" the moves, but at least I was moving! Boy is my heart rate up! Most important, it was FUN!

I did the same Crunch Cardio today and I got a few more moves down. I still look and feel very uncoordinated but at least I tried!

Debbi-I always did videos in front of a mirror. It seemed to help with coordination.

Don't faint...I'm back!!!!
I've been walking for 30 min. almost everynight for the last 2 weeks!!! On the days I go to Debbie's, we do several water aeorbics in her pool.
