Well so far I haven't lost or gained anymore. Still at 177. This is getting old. I even tried to sabotage myself by eating badly this past week and still no change on the scale.
I ordered Turbo Jam and Power 90 from Beach Body. I'm hoping to get those by the end of the month. Hopefully doing those workouts will help my body get moving again.
Chicky - Congrats on the great weight loss. You're doing awesome.
Brandi-i am getting old too. i am just lingering over 229/228 for the past couple of weeks. but i know it's cause i don't really do anything to help me lose the weight. so far I am a lot of talk, and no walk!!! hope your new workouts do it for you.
so after a very lazy week (more like month) I am up again to 229.
Like I said in another thread, my new job is less active than my old job so I'm going to have to work even harder at home to lose weight. My at home exercise has been infrequent lately so I'm going to have to kick it up. Whenever I'm being lazy, I tell my best friend, and he says "Get off your lazy butt and move." So I try to think about that. It makes me laugh and helps sometimes.
Well my weigh in day is today and I ended up gaining 1 lb. So I'm at 178.2 now. I'm really surprisingly not upset by this. I am just happy that my weight moved finally after 6 weeks of being stuck at 177. Plus I've been eating bad foods and alot of it. So it's not really a surprise. I think maybe I did that subconciously so the scale would move.
I'm getting back on track and starting exercise again today. It's motivated me to do better and try a little harder to get it to go down now.
Rosario - You can do this. We can do this. It's hard when the scale doesn't budge, but it won't if we don't work for it. Baby steps and take one day at a time.
Chicky - Great job. You're going to make that goal!
I will not make it to goal. I feel my body is at a standstill but that's okay. I enjoy these challenges. As long as the scale is moving in the right direction I'm aokay. I am interested in the Juneteenth Challenge. I will wait until I weigh in on the 5/29 to set my goal.
I gained 3 pounds when i weighed in on monday and have no freaking idea where it came from. I didn't go off my diet once last week. The stand still is going around I have been at 226 FOREVER then a gain....What the heck is going on here? Must be the exercise this really bites. I would like to try the new Challenge as well. Probably will not make that one either but it's fun to try

I still can't manage to get my butt moving and exercise but I do have a session today at the gym with my trainer...I haven't seen him in 2 weeks...he broke his ancle but called yesterday and said he was back...Hopefully going today will get me back on track...
