Jules Congrats on the inches lost!! I went to 3 7-11's for my mango but couldn't find it.So I settled for a banana one time and a crystal light another.........yes, I had 2!! CL though only had 4 calories and was gross. I didn't enjoy it.....it doesn't count!! lol

Michelle Congrats on your weight loss -21 pounds total is wonderful! Good for you

GinnyHey!! Congrats for holding!!! Did you ask about Beck? I think it was you. I don't know what she feels. She disolves in tears and doesn't want to talk about anything. I kept her with me yesterday and she asked to get on the computer but we said no. She wanted to tell her friends she wasn't going to be on but we said they would figure it out -lol

DebCongrats!!!

Katy You are awesome on your workouts!! Sorry no loss but I am sure you will report one next week, right?? Hey!!! put that pizza down!! [/B][/COLOR]

Shawna How is your day going?? Any new recipes that you want to try?? My acorn squach was so yummy the other day. It is only like 30 calories for 1/2 a cup.

Kathy It is really wonderful to have you here!! I owe you a PM. HUGS and we will make it through these teen years!!

Cristi Hey!! I need to get back to work! I interviewed my first hire today! She has been with the company for a long time so it was a no brainer but still.......lol She seems nice and will start in 2 weeks.

Susan ~~ GREAT job on the weight loss! Did I ever say how much I HATE this HOT weather...not for me at all! When my DH gets off work, we're making a trip to Home Depot to see if they have any air conditioners left.

Afternoon Michelle!! I don't like the hot weather either. I think 70/75 is perfect for me after that I whine............A LOT!! lol
Also, our office has no air flowing through and it seems stuffy to me. I think in the new office we will have windows that actually open!! That'll be nice.
Heading to the barn for some food now....I had a bagel and banana for breakfast.

Chat in a bit!!

Susan and Michelle - I so agree about the weather - it's too darn early for 90 degrees! Susan - I'm like you, anything above 75 and I get cranky. I just planted lots of acorn squash in my garden, so :fingerscrossed: we'll get some this year!

I spent my Mother's Day in the back yard. I planted my veg garden and I let the kids pick out a few perennials to add to the flower bed. I'm excited by the garden this year. I have artichokes, eggplant, and acorn squash for the first time. I planted some watermelon, cantaloupe, zucchini, and cucumbers. This is in addition to the stuff I plant every year: lettuces, tomatoes, green beans. I watered everything this morning and it just felt good to have it planted and underway. I overseeded some stuff to give the birds their fair share....grrr....may have to invest in row covers if that doesn't work.

So far today is going well and the house is staying pretty cool - hope you are all having a good day.

Default Happy Monday Ladies!

Hello again...

You ladies are keeping me busy with all your posting. Geez, miss one day and there's three pages to read! But that is a good thing...like to see everyone posting. Of course I try to keep up most days but Sundays I don't usually post, going to have to try and change that.

Anyway, had a nice but busy day yesterday. So tired and sore I didn't even go exercise today. Took my free day for today. Still doing good with the water and vitamins. But no loss this week with having a visit from TOM.

KATHY...nice to see you posting! Hope all is well with you and your family. It was a busy weekend and I am glad it's over. Today was my day to relax. There was no relaxing to be done yesterday unfortunately. When my head hit the pillow last night I was out in about 2 seconds. Cute story about Lily dog. Wonder who named her Lily? It is a pretty name though whoever named her.

JULES...WTG on the inches lost! the pounds are sure to follow!

DEB...Wow, that is awesome! WTG on your loss this week!

KATY...I would love to have a garden. It is so much work and I have a hard enough time just keeping up with the little yard work I have. Of course I don't have to do it but I do to help V out because he works so many hours sometimes. Creepy about all the bees! I am so afraid of any kind of bee or wasp...hate them all and especially yellow jackets. My sister when we were young did the dumbest thing, and we toldher not to do it. But she thought she would throw a brick in some honeysuckle that was swarming with yellow jackets. Then didn't even try to back away after she did it! My grandma made a paste of baking soda and dotted her with it. She was covered from her head to her feet with white dots, lol!

GINNY...you can send some of that rain our way. We need some more...that way I won't have to water the yard, lol! Glad you had a nice mother's day and heard from all the boys! And keep up the good work with your biking!

MICHELLE...(((((HUGS))))) to you! I am so sorry that you felt unwanted. Of course we want you hear and miss you when you are not here. I know I get busy sometimes or in a hurry posting and I miss someone now and again...I try not to but I know I do. Sounds like you had a nice mothers day/dinner. Would love to have a ham dinner. I haven't signed up...I guess the banners/ads don't really bother me. I know going through IE the screen (posts) is a little bigger than through AOL. Love you Eyeore avatar! Was just telling Susan I need to find me a new one. Seems I get on the computer and have too much to do and then forget. Where do you find yours?

SUSAN...boy those girls are really trying you aren't they? Just putting you through the wringer, shame on them. Hopefully, Rebecca has learned her lesson. I have heard that some parents when the kids do bad encourage the police to arrest the kids and take them off in their cars to basically scare them straight. Don't know if it actually works. But what an eye opener it would be. You just hang in there missy...it will all work out. You may be in the looney bin by then but it will work out. Just remember "What doesn't kill us makes us stronger" And you are a good mother. All you can do is teach them...what they do with it is up to them. It doesn't mean that you aren't a good mother becasue *they* go astray. So hang in there! And WTG on the loss this week! You deserved the hot dog and slurpee, it was mother's day!

HI SHAWNA... how in the world do you work in a show store?! Shoes are a downfall for me, especially thongs! A picture CD is such a nice MD gift, how sweet.

HI to everyone else, Laura, Mary and anyone lurking. Come on in and say HI, we'd love to meet ya!

Well, ladies...almost time for Jeopardy, lol! Never miss it if I don't have to. I probably should get a load of laundry done too! It has been a nice relaxing day for me to say the least. But tomorrow, it's back to work anyway...hope everyone is having a wonderful day!

Chat with ya later!

Hi Jules,
Is it only us tonight?? You wanna talk secrets about the others?? lol.....jk!
I guess I can do 1/4 of the walls Napoleon. It won't be the same but it will have to do. I want the back corner with the window. They can build the sectional around me. I don't wanna come out once I get in there. lol......slip a pizza under the door once and a while and I will be fine.......hmmmm, maybe I should be by the bathroom and microwave??
VERY hot at 97.......can't stand it.
Pretty sure I saw Mike when coming home tonight. He was turning on the road I was traveling on. He followed me 1/2 a mile and turned on another road. I went back and saw his car parked in front of a white house. I called his ex and told her......I said "I KNOW it is him, what should I do??? I said " You know.....he looks kind of handsome" ....she started laughing and said "go home, I think the heat has gotten to you if you think he is handsome"....
*sigh*........he did look kind of cute. Maybe it wasn't him?? I can't go looking for him because I have a restraining order.....I am suppose to be scared of him,,,,,not have the hots for him,,,lol.

I have exhausted myself!! Tired.....going home and putting the Gabster down for bed......chat tomorrow!!
