I'm setting my APRIL goal to get some form of exercise in daily.
April 1, 2 & 3: walked daily
April 4: toning exercises

I'm here and back walking again in the evenings now that the time has changed and I can see where I am going!
I'm going to keep track of my exercise by minutes. My goal is to walk for at least 400 minutes this month.

I exercised in the pool for 35 minutes Monday and Tuesday April 3rd and 4th. I am going to keep track in minutes
I don't have a goal yet but I will try to get as much exercise as possible this month.

You know that I have been exercising just not posting it.
I have been walking and working out at the gym. I do something almost everyday.
I don't really want to set a goal except to do something every day.
