Oh ya, about those spiders........

I got bit 5 years ago by a spider and to this day I still get a reaction from the bite! I get huge welts that come out of nowhere,and I've even had biopsies done on them! All they say is that eventually it will work it's way out of my system.Yuck!

I got bit my a spider too, on my shoulder the other day, the bite is huge!
Anyways, I think I have the flu because nothing I ate stayed down and I have a fever. Don't feel good at all. Gonna take it easy tomorrow and didn't get anything done today! Well, good night everyone.

Angela... please take my advice. If you have this reaction from a spider bite, go to a doctor right away! A few years ago I got bit by a brown recluse and had no idea what it was but my whole leg was inflamed and looked like I had ringworm. These can be really dangerous... I was fortunate that medication solved mine... I could tell the doctor was surprised. A close friend of mine actually had to have surgery from a spider bite. I don't mean to scare you... just to encourage you to get medical attention for this right away!

That sounds like what I have Misti!! Only thing is that it goes away for a few months then I get a full blown reaction again! Mind if I ask what kind of medication your Dr. gave you??My Dr. only gave me a topical ointment,hydrocortizone.

Hi all I just got back from my morning 4 mile walk. It looks like it's gonna be a beautiful day here. I'm looking forward to spin class and softball today. I have to go to my parents house this afternoon to pick up my checkbook that I forgot there yesterday. They just got a big trampoline. I wanted to jump on it really bad yesterday, but it was pouring. I think today I'll be able to jump away!!!!!

Angela-Sorry your not feeling to well. I do hope you get your bite looked at. From what Misti and Wendy have said it'd be a good idea.

Lydia-I've had that same thing happen. Then I'm so afraid to get back into the bed I never do get back to sleep.

Wendy-I'm hoping you keep the game going. I know interest has tapered off. Maybe we can recruit some new people again, but either way I'd like to keep playing.

Well, my bite all pussed out so it's no longer there, but I promise if it comes back, I'll go to the dr. I feel better today, but still plan on lounging. Haven't tried to eat anything yet. This is almost 2 weeks without exercising. YUCK! I need to get my *ss in gear when I feel better! Well girls, ttyl!

I have been tring so hard to be good this week I did not want to go on my bike trip and not be under 200 but it looks like I am not going to make it....I dont know what is going to get me under 200 I feel like I have tried everything......I have been racking my brain today to think of something new to try.....grrrrr I am just having a FAT day.....

Ok this has to be a some what quick one. I was off yesterday and worke half day monday so I have no been able to post.

Food sucked this weekend even made it self to yesterdy. I don't know what happen I have been being so good. But stomach one this time. New day today. I hate when I have to say new day today because I messed up. I don't want to mess up like this weekend anymore.

Well last night I did my 1st kickboxing fight or should I say my 1st 3...LOL
I am so beat right now. I thought I was just boxing I find out we have to use the kicks I just learned so that screwed me up even more. kick punch block kick punch kick block it's just to much for my brain to handle.I just have to practice practice practice


I have to get work done I will post more about it later

And I am still in the Game

wendy-camping sounds like fun. i wouldn't camp out here in georgia, though. I don't really like the massive bugs that live over here (heck, even the ants are enormous!!!) but do keep in touch and still play along. you are one of our best cheerleaders!!

Well I am feeling way better today. I am not so sad for my family anymore. I am going to visit them in the summer for a week so now I want to lose weight to surprise them. I weighed myself this morning and Iwas down 5lbs. Maybe I was up because of TOM. But it's not my weigh-in until Monday, so nothing is set in concrete yet. But so far, I haven't really had the desire to eat. That's a really good thing because I am just eating my meals (way smaller portions) and not snacking so much. For excercise, I just plan on walking this week and on to SI6 for next week. Let's hope this isn't just a phase and it really is a permanent change!!!

Hi chickies-I'm back from spinning and had a ball!! Sweated my butt off and loved every minute of it. I'm gonna pick up the house a bit before students show and might throw in a short bike ride if time permits. It is gorgeous outside

Rosario- on your weightloss!!!!! I am so glad you're feeling happier today. Your comment to La3y was right on. Weight is just a number and we can be happy at any. I've seen so many posts where someone says "I lost, but I'm still not happy". Weightloss is great, but we stay pretty much the same inside. Its to easy to forget that.

Niki-I've been having trouble with food the past week. Hang in there. We can get back on track!! I'm so proud you made it through your first fights!!!! You inspire me so much.

Angela-Glad you're feeling better. Make sure you dont jump back in to quick. It sounds like your body needs to recover.

I'm done on here for a while. I have way to much stress and can't take care of anything any more. My bipolar is taking a toll on me right now and I just can't handle things. Good luck eveyone!

okay. i can't stay away because this is a good source of support for me. sorry about the explosive post earlier, but today i found out that i need another student loan and i'm already 10 grand in debt. i get really stressed and my depression has been really bad lately. i feel i need to take care of myself physically and mentally, which means diet and exercise too! i'm gonna start exercising again one of these days, okay tomorrow. i'm going to do sweatin to the oldies. good music on that one! talk to you tomorrow.
