Hi ladies, just popping in for a little while before jumping headfirst into my paperwork on my desk. I wanted to say thanks to all of you for all your support and cheers for every tiny little pound lost and every little success--you guys are great and I love you. :love: :lol: :grouphug: Well, looks like I won't be meeting my Easter goal but that's OK by me. I still lost 9.2 lbs and that's 9.2 lbs l don't have to carry around anymore, my heart is happy.

Kempy, I bet you are still floating on Cloud 9 eh? Good job girl, I can't say that enough. I had a high school hair moment a week or two ago when I dyed mine back almost black. That was freakish for a few days but then I got used to it. I should scan a pic of my hair back in high school, you guys would laugh--Rick used to call me "Lucy", like Lucy Van Pelt from Charlie Brown, I had a perm (I DON'T KNOW WHY) and my curls were BIG.

Angie, did you guys get your hitch problem fixed? I hope so. Maybe there's still time for you guys to rush on down to FL to meet Kempy :lol: I forgot, you have a nice housewarming to go to this weekend. That is really great your sister finally got her house, that's exciting. Are you guys celebrating Easter as well? I'm planning an easter egg hunt in the backyard for Michael and his cousin. My finger is hurting so bad right now. I have a gate going from my kitchen to the side door so the dogs cant get out when the kids come and go and also so they dont jump all over company while they are trying to come in and I went to latch it (you have to line it up and push it down into a groove thing) well I got my pinky finger pinched in it and it is all bloody and you guys know me and blood. :lol: I am sick and my finger is throbbing. :(

It is so nice out today. Me and Jay have been outside all day. We are pumping the water off the pool cover and back into the pool (which is all unthawed by the way) and I set up the deck with the patio furniture. I took the umbrella apart and bleached it(I didnt know in 6 years that it could come apart. :lol: ) So that all looks nice now and we should be opening the pool in a few weeks. I am thinking of getting the fountain attatchment for it since the kids dont actually swim all that much.

I will do another walk after supper tonight.

We just got back from our second walk so I am tired today. We are both sunburned and gritty feeling. (you know how you feel after being outside all day) :lol:

Angie I had the same feeling of grit. I got all of the yard cut and water and I washed the car so I was nice and grimmy. I feel good though since I did it. Good for you and the second walk. You may as well take advantage of the nice weather while you have it.

I swear I feel like a chicken with it's head cut off. I feel like I have so much to do in so little time. It is just me at home right now so I have to make sure the house is ready to go for vacation. We have a friend of ours coming to stay here so at least it will be watched over.That makes me feel better.

Noelle- You and the gurlz are my driving force. We all love you too. By the way, "enjoy" being vegitarian for a month? Are you f***ing kidding me? It's not so much the cutting out meat, it's cutting out foods with animal products, with the exception of milk. Every friggin thing has egg in it. But I'll stick with it. I can't believe how excited my vegitarian friends are. They've included me in a whole new list of activities. It's like they're some secret society. :lol: Anyhoo my yearbook pic wasn't that long ago so my hair actially looks cute. I can't even picture you with the big hair though. Thank GOD that went out!

Hi Girls

Checking in on this Friday night....WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY HERE! It was almost 80 degrees, can you believe it? Took two walks and walked on the treadmill early this a.m. Hopefully it evens out the dessert I had tonight. I feel guilty about it but I am going to toss the guilt so it does not turn into a weekend of bad food choices. I want to keep up my excercising I have been doing this week. My new favorite quote is....The more you do, the more you can do. I love it and it applies to everything. I had to go get dd's Easter dress. I waited until last minute this year and got a really cute one for $8.00 What a deal. What are everyone's plans for Easter? We are thinking about going to both parents houses. Now that is alot of eating one day. I am not sure.

I hope everyone has a great Easter weekend. I'm having some relax time because Ashley spent the night with a friend. Wish I could've slept later, but the dogs behind our house started barking at 4:30 and didn't stop until about 30 minutes ago (right now it's 6:11). I never heard the owner come out to quiet them. Luckily, Tucker didn't start in with them...which actually surprised me.

Kempy: Have a great trip. We look forward to hearing all about it. I'm trying not to think about my trip too much, but I am getting excited about it.

Julie: 80 degrees?!?!? That's pretty warm for your area, isn't it? It was 93 here yesterday with some clouds and lots of wind. We had gusts up to 56mph. I'm glad you were able to go walking. I'm enjoying walking right now because in another couple of months it will be too hot...even at night.

Noelle: I also hope that things dry out for your Easter egg hunt. Ashley wants to color eggs tonight. I usually don't hide those eggs for her, I use the plastic ones to hide. Ashley likes that because they always contain a surprise. We don't give her much candy, so I usually put small gifts int he eggs such as lip gloss rings, fish crackers, Polly Pockets, etc. This year I put in a couple of jelly beans. Fortunately, she doesn't care too much for jelly beans.

Dips: Are you finished with finals? I know you're going to do well on them. Are you taking more classes soon, or waiting until fall? You should go visit Angie; she's an awesome person and I loved meeting her. She lives in a small town, and it's really pretty where she lives.

I am having a rough time this weekend with all the darn easter chocolate and all kinds of yummy holiday food (read: binge eating!) I know I am up a couple of pounds because of it. But I have continued my exercise so all is not completely lost. I just hope when tomorrow rolls around I will fall back into work-week mode. :crossed: Anyway, hope you all are enjoying the weekend.
