Beat The Bulge~ Game #2!!
 
Hi everyone!! Welcome to game #2!!!!:welcome:


I am going to try and have this thread stickied like the last one so we don't get lost!!! It may not happen right away so please be patient with me...:D

Again here are the "rules" of the game:

Meals: 1 point for every HEALTHY meal(maximum of 3 points daily)
Water:1 point for every 1/2 gallon/2 liters/64 oz's
Exercise: 1 point for every 20 minutes of exercise(no 1/2 points) We want
you to get that extra point!!
Snacks: 1/2 point for every HEALTHY snack


Pounds/inches lost: 2 points for each pound/inch lost!!!


Because there are some of us that have 5-6 smaller meals a day we will use the first 3 meals as full points and the other 2-3 as 1/2 points(snacks) to keep it fair to everyone.
