Down 3.5 lbs. at WI tonight (missed last week so that is over 2 weeks). Very happy. Also feeling much more energetic since giving up diet pop. I now drink club soda with lime (or lemon) or just water. I still have my morning coffee but am trying to cut any kind of artificial sweeteners out. I've done it for about a week now and so far, so good! :carrot:

I'm hanging in there this week, was doing really well but have had a couple of days where I want to eat all the time. How's everyone else doing? I do so want to be in better shape by swimsuit time!

Perhaps this long thread is scaring people off!

Wow, Mondays come and go so quickly.

I am doing well. I finally set a goal weight. I call it "goal weight part 1". I think if I look at it that way, it will make things a little easier.

Have a great week.

WHOO HOO! Down 5 lbs. at WI tonight - I am :carrot:

Went to the grocery store afterwards and stocked up for the week. I made Jennie O turkey franks with Castleberry hot dog sauce (only 10 pts/Tbsp, 3 pts for the whole can), ff cheddar cheese, mustard and dill relish. Put it all on the 1 pt. Sara Lee whole wheat bread. Man, was it ever tasty! Our WW leader mentioned the Castleberry sauce and it was on sale for 50 cents at Dillons. The turkey franks were less than $1 so it was a v. cheap dinner. I only cooked 1/2 the package of franks and I have over 1/2 the can of sauce left so Pooh and I can have another quick dinner later this week.

Hey Beach Babes, how's everyone doing? I have WI tonight, I know I won't do as well as last week but am hopeful of showing a small loss. Today, I started working on a plan to make it to the beach in late May. I think it's doable, dh and I both have $200 vouchers to use through AA. I'm thinking of flying to Corpus Christi, then renting a vehicle and heading to South Padre National Seashore. Lots of free camping and I love the Gulf Coast. Here's a link: http://www.nps.gov/pais/index.htm

I hope to be below 200 by May 1. Originally that was my goal for the end of May. Now, with this potential trip to the beach, I'd like to be around 190 by that time.

Anyone else got any fun beach plans?

Down another lb. tonight at WI. At least I didn't gain over the holiday. I plan to get back seriously on track, journalling and walking. I did walk 3 miles after dinner tonight.
