    I have my plan in place and it will be more of the same. 5 small, nutrtionally balanced meals a day (about 1400 calories) and I am following Jillian Michael's exercise plan from her book Winning by Losing. I am going to try not to tie myself to a number. I am most definitely thinking about that July 15 date though and want to lose as much as possible by then.

    I'm doing weight watchers. I was trying to just wing it with the plan and not write anything down....nope doesn't work it's all or nothing. I lost with weight watchers before and know a few people on the plan that have done great....I'm going to do it this time Another summer goal of mine is to have to buy all new SMALLER summer clothes

    looking to loose 35 lbs.......but I take whatever I can do lol.... At this point I happy with ANY lost pounds.
  • I'd like to join in too. My goal is to lose about 55 lbs. Not necessarily by the summer but would definetely love to be much slimmer by then.

    I'm in too!! I have three weddings to attend this summer, one of which I'm standing in, and I'd like to look fab. I'm not sure about my goal for now... I think I'd like to lose about 20-30 lbs, but it depends on how I look as I lose (like if I've dropped a couple of sizes after losing 15lbs, then I think I'd be happy).

    In any case, support is always helpful!!

    I'm counting calories, cut out pop and all that junk and go to the YMCA 4-5 days /week
  • I am trying to make healthier choices and am adding some exercise to my days. Walking after soccer games and going to the YMCA.

    Looks like we have a nice little group here. Yay! I am definitely ready to lose something by summer time, weight loss has been very slow for me. Not going to stick myself with a number only because I don't want to be disappointed if I don't make it. This group will be a great way to keep me going.

    Anyone have anything special planned for this weekend?

    It's so nice to meet all of you, I look forward to getting to know you!

    Okay I posted over in the other losing for summer. Not sure which one so I am posting in both LOL. I would like to join PLEASE!! LOL!
    I am also trying to lose for summer and I need all the support I can get. I have a long way to go to get to my goal.What things are you doing to lose weight? I need to start exercising more. Eating is good lost 31 so far.

    Yea!!! There are so many people and this will be great. My plan is to incorporate more protein and the happy carbs (whole grain, nothing white). I am also trying to drink my water. I try to exercise about 5/6 days a week, but so far only 3 days... hmmm..... yes desertdreamer - to beachbabes or bust!!!!
