Hey BTBers!

Rosario stopped over at the DYP thread, so I thought I'd return the favor. Welcome to the game! I have really enjoyed playing this game and have found it to be a great motivator. I hope it will do the same for you. Looks like all of you are off to a great start -- keep it up! Wendy's right -- we're all winners in this game. Good luck!

Hi girls....sounds like most of us are having a great day. I'm finding this challenge a great motivator also,....why waste a point?..I SAY!!! make the most out of your day!!! Just finished dinner by having one of those ww's Smart ones....yum yum, I had the Sante Fe beans and rice over a bed of chopped up lettuce. mmmmm, too bad the beans will make me .....:rofl: NEVER MIND!!! TMI :D

Points are low again today,Just seem to be to busy to exercise:(

Good morning all ~
I have to leave early out of town for the day so I'll check in tonight. Have a great day. I won't be getting any exercise but I have 4 hours of driving so I'll be chugging that water all the way!!! I'm packing healthy snacks in the car, too so I won't be tempted by the dreaded fast food places along the way.

Morning and GREAT JOB. After I posted my points for yesterday I scanned through how everyones doing. You are AWESOME!!! I'm having a selfish feeling today. I've spent the majority of this week helping others through their life, and while I've kept my exercising and diet up I want a day to myself.
I think I'll bum around a bookstore for awhile and see where else I end up. BUT...that will happen after my workout. I can't decide if I want to go to Turbokick at the gym or do a tape at home.

Nett-thanks for the Eating for Life Nutritional info. I might start using that cookbook again now!!!

Wendy. I'm going to shoot to raise my points for next week also. I'll try for a minimum of 7 each day next week.

I'm doing awesome today...so far. Not one can of coke or chocolate kiss has passed these lips.

I can't wait to go home and go to the gym. Gonna try to rack up as much points as I can.

Thanks to all for keeping the motivaton alive. It's so much easier to do this with a great group of gals than on my own

Keep up the good work and let's keep running (or walking) after those points!!!!

Hi All! What's up? I did ok today. Just got home from grocery shopping and got all healthy food except for the pizza pops for Ryan! I even got those chispy mini rice chips to snack o if I get the urge! I got to tell you that I am now officially addicted to them! The sea salt and lime are to die for!! And a hand full of those are WAY better than a hand full of normal chips!

You ladies are doing so well!! It makes me want to do well also! Thanks so much for sticking to the game! Team work is the key it seems! Well, I'm going to call it a night after I post my points,take care and chat to you all soon!

Hi all, Keep up the good work. Yesterday was a bit stressfull. My sis ended up in the emergency room so we were there about 4 hrs. She threw out her back and couldnt move. A little frustrating cuz all they could do was medicate and send her on her way with no suggestions for how to avoid this happening again. She turns 30 today and just kept saying that its looking like she's not going to like her 30's. (Oh to be only 30 again is what I'm thinking.) Anyways, good luck surviving the weekend.

YES I want to join you. I will aim for 8 pts a day too. I have missed my workout 2 days in a row. Sick kids are NO fun :(

Morning!! :coffee: How is everyone doing today? We are in a freezing cold spell right now, hard to believe that just 2 days ago we were having temps of 60-70F and now is a balmy high of 20F !!!:?:

This challenge is keeping on the straight and narrow....I LOVE IT!!! I'm now thinking...hmm, is this a good 'challenge point'? or not EVERY time I have something to eat. :carrot:

Wendy.....Have you tried the "Soy Crisps" from Genisoy? They are EXACTLY like mini rice cakes except they have the added benefit of 7gr of protein per serving and the flavours are YUMMY!!!...BBQ is my fave.

Rosario....WTG!! :cheer: Any day thats a 'no coke' day is FANTASTIC!!And a saving of about 150 calories too I might add!!

tofat....ohhhh, sounds extremely painful!! I would book an appt to see a Chiro ASAP!!! What a way to celebrate her bday.

Good Morning Ladies ~
I had the worst point day yesterday but I'm trying not to be too hard on myself. I had to drive 2 hours yesterday out of town through 60 MPH winds and sheets of rain which were very stressful. Spent the day at the hospital with my niece and sister (as some of you know, my niece is going through chemotherapy for a recent diagnosis of non-hodgkins lymphoma, a very aggressive cancer), then drove 2 hours home to find my house without power and heat due to the storm and bitter cold in here!! So we all went out to the movies and dinner to stay in heated places and didn't eat too well. Oh well, off to start a much better day today. Wish me luck.

You guys are doing awesome...I can't remember who said it but I agree that the point system is wonderful because I generally ask myself all day long..."Is this going to get me a point" or "What do I need to do to get more points".

tofat~wow,I know what it's like to have a bad back,try to get her to just do as little as possible for the next 2 weeks!And try and see the chiropractor.

SteadyOn~ Great! happy to have you join me!8points it is!! Whoohoo!How is your little one??Ryan never had ear infections so I wouldn't know what you are going through.He has only been really sick once in his 2 years of life and that was because he had measles,poor guy,that was hard on him.

Angel-eyes~ Nope haven't tried those! I will when I finish these rice chips though!Thanks!
One Last Time~ Good Luck!!!I'd rather have the rain than the -45degrees celcius we have been getting! lol!:D

Off to get some house work done! If I don't have a clean house I start to get irritated with life! LOL!!!!And that's a scary thing! HAHA!!!
