Hi All....If there is anyone left I was experiencing technical difficulties but I am back now and raring to go hopefully I'm not all alone Liz, Veerie are you here somewhere??? the last week or so has been a little rocky TOM and I have really missed the inspiration of trying to exercise as much as Liz common chickies there is still time to beat BTBers

Ok well I kinda stopped keeping track because it looked like our group had died but I post my exercise on another thread and food on fitday so lemme take a look and see if I can wrangle up some figures. Can't have those other girls taking over!
