TW Weekly Food Diary - Feb 12 - Feb 18 ...


  • Welcome to the TW Food Diary – a weekly thread where we can write down what we eat daily – for everyone to see. I believe we could motivate ourselves while also helping others that want to eat healthier or lose a few pounds (or more).

  • OK - I'll start ... as you can see I missed Monday. So I will start with today - Tuesday, Feb 14 - Happy Valentine's Day!

    Breakfast:
    2 cups black coffee
    4 strips bacon

    Lunch:
    1 cup black coffee
    4 thin slices swiss cheese

    Dinner:
    We're going out for Valentines Dinner - so it may not be pretty ... but I will be HONEST!

    OK .. here goes:
    1 small salad w/blue cheese dressing
    Lasagne (but only ate only 1/2)
    1 small slice Italian bread w/butter
    2 cups coffee/black

    now here's the killer:
    Dick and I shared a Chocolate Lasagne dessert - 3 layers of chocolate cake, with cream in between, with whip cream on the top, drizzled with caramel and hot fudge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to die for delicious!! Dick had more than me but I scarfed up the hot chocolate and whip cream! lol -- I told you it wasn't going to be pretty. Oh well ... tomorrow is a new day!

    Breakfast:
    2 coffee/blk
    2 strips bacon

    Lunch:
    1 lg cup coffee/cappachino

    Dinner:
    1 hamburger w/cheese
    2 onion rings

    Breakfast:
    1 fried egg
    2 slices multi-grain toast w/butter
    2 coffees/blk

    Lunch:
    1 cup split pea soup

    Dinner:
    be back later with this ...
