hey l i se your doin about as good as me huh? dont worry we will do this somehow. they say that most ppl shouldnt take iron pills bc we get it through food and too much is no good either.

im getting a massage tonight. im a lil scared i hope she doesnt hurt me again. she said shed do light as opposed to moderate so we'll se.

How did it go A? don't let her hurt you Tell her while shes doing it so she knows what is light to you... everyone is different. It wouldn't hurt to take a them right before and during AF then stop. I used to take them when I would feel weak but I later found out it was my thyroid that was making me feel achy and tired. They didn't hurt though I only took them when I felt I needed them.

I did really good today until chips made there way into my diet. Was better than fast food which is what I almost did cause I was out when I was way hungry. I even kept track of points until the chips ..gave up after that. However I found that my fav cereal is only 3 points with Milk if I follow serving size. When I feel I need a snack I now know a small bowl of cereal will not throw my entire day off....family loves the cereal too

hey lorra thanks for askin.( she couldnt hurt me....she didnt show again!! im so p/o that i think i will have a calm friendly discusion about whats been goin on when she calls me on monday (shes supposed to come again tue) bc even if its not heer fault tyhe fact is i need someone thats gonna be able to give me a massage w/o canceling like 99% of the time bc this ws the 3rd cancel out of 4 times. i really thought fter gettin over the initial 2x cancel that itd be smooth sailing but i guess not.

sorry bout yest. i was worse tooo you wouldnt believe what went in there esp after i knew she wasnt comin. cereal is an awesome snack

she was great til she hurt me. i am starting to plan a back up as well as what im going to say to the current cuz believe \me i will be talking about it w her but i have to be nice....honest but nice. i think ill start w how appreciative i am of her bein patient w the anxiety.

Have to take the cat back to the vet today If it's another huge bill like last time I'm going to change vets cause I can't afford this one. The cat AKA Milo is doing a lot better. His wounds are healing nicely and you can hardly see where just 10 days ago he looked like an old beat up rag. Hoping to be able to get his shots and get an appt to get him fixed.

Let me know how your talk with her goes A, and remind her how the anxiety would improve if she showed up like she was supposed to

i will prob wait until monday. in a way you are def right bc right now the anx that i feel when she gets here is stemming from her being new to me etc bc i need time to get used to a person and yes itd be better sooner if she came when i ask her to. sigh....

im desperately looking for a way to get back to meetings. i met this woman that lives near my ww center and ive been trying to convince her to try again. thank god af is going away...sorry if this is tmi, but i think i might actually be able to wear 1 pad at a time the next 2 days.

The bill wasn't so bad this time 84 and some change. That was basically just for shots then in three weeks he has to go for boosters. Then finally getting him fixed. Everytime I go the vet give they give me something free but each time the bill is still kinda on the high side. When i had to leave him for the night he didn't charge me for the overnight but still was 289 then today free exam and still 84. Scared of what it would be without him giving something free. I may still try and find another vet for the other cat. Just to see if there is a differance in price. I have a great vet over by where my mom lives but thats an hour away. I take my dog there cause she loves the woman vet there ...she scared of some men. The cats could careless

Yes I know A, and if she would THINK she would understand that as well. Shes new and you never know if shes going to show or not. By the time she does get there of course your going to be stressed. I hope things improve with her soon Two pads REALLY? Thats normal for you?

hey lorra i know how those vet bills can be! its outrageous. good luck finding an alternate!

thanks for your support lorra she emailed me late last night so i took the oppty to nicely type out how i feel. if i need to i will talk to her on the phone on monday when she calls to confirm tuesday(unless she does hjappen to get it and decides shes takin a hike) will keep you updated

yes i need to wear 2 pads bk to back the first 5-6 days of my cycle bc i need to be completely covered all the way up bc if i dont i havebig probs due to my crooked urethra. she should go tomm so im now on a single pad.
