208.9 today, I was sick yesterday had a fever all day and headache, etc. etc., Feeling better this am, though a little more sleep wouldnt hurt!!!

Hey ladies,
The emails that 3FC sends when there is a reply in here are not coming all the time.
I'm back up to 245. I can feel everything getting tight again SUX. i can't seem to get myself to stay in control. Did really good for about a week and a half...... now i have sugar back in my diet and it's all down hill from there. i can't keep no sugar stuff in the house....HELP!!!!

Splenda is a wonderful thing. I would go to recipezaar.com and look up low fat, you can make sweets and adjust the recipe to meet your cravings and diet needs.
3fc sends emails, I have never gotten one????
I am doing all right, I havent eaten anything terrible yesterday, so hopefully I will show a loss, I have these pants I wantt o wear for my interview Monday, So I will probably work out today.......

hey you guys,

im right there w you guys.
im way out of control im so sick of this. my body hurts and is in the worse shape of my life. im trying to find a pt facility that will give home care so that i can train here at home and let ins. cover it. i alo placed an ad on cl for a ww buddy that goes to the meeting i wanna go to and i had a response last night so we'll see im hoping thatll work out so i can go back to meetings i think its what i need to do.

i dont get those emails i just chk the thread 1x a day

I got sick again yesterday, this bug is awful, I thought I was dying. Fever, cold sweats, headache, and everything coming out everywhere, I hate this crap!!!!!
Hopefully today will be better!!
