lol lorra... you know what? heres my confession: the reason i couldnt finish it was bc bout 2 hrs prior i scarfed 4 sl pizza and was full. otherwise yeah i woulda, but thanks.
my game plan for tomm is as follows: core breafast folklowed by a light workout core lunch dinner at the restaurant and dessert possibly followed by a swim |
I have been doing well, but am still gaining. My mother insists on buying 10 flippin pounds ob real butter and my bf is cooking with it. I am really pi** off I told her I didnt want the butter and now I am up to 210.7 And I have been doing well otherwise even started going to the gym again>

A~How did yesterday go for you? I'm still up the pound & 1/2 but yet again didn't get enough sleep so who knows where my real morning weight is. Not going to go for the cookies this time because of it though. Staying strong :D |

hey t! 3 words: she didnt show! thank you god!:) had a rough time w the ajustment though but thats nothin new...thanks 4 askin. i just finished my ww chicken salad and my grapes so i should be in good shape to where i hopefully wont be tempted by apptizers. if i am, i had a thought: ill ask for a plain spud w a little bit of the lf cheese they have but i dont think ill even be hungry.

YEAH A thats wonderful news. Takes a load off your mind doesn't it? :hug: How did dinner out go? Think I did good tonight too. DD had those cookies out that broke me the other day and i didn't touch not a one :D Hope I can get enough zzz's tonight ...I really want to see if i lost anything tomorrow morning :goodscale:

Still up a darn pound. I guess even though I thought i did okay I could do better. So much for it being gone in a day or two. Well if I can pull off another pound and a half before the weeks over I can actually show a loss for the week.

im totally floored bc i know i tried to an extent last night but the truth is i still ate alot of cals last night and i was dn .6! ill take it. i should be ok now til the weekend. thatll stop soon too bcx dads coming hme very soon so we wont be eating out so itll be a lil easier. |
A~ your dad doesn't like to eat out? If you pick diet friendly places it isn't so bad. And letting your self eat what you want is a good reward for staying in control the rest of the time.... I did my best to snack OP today. I think I did okay but only tomorrow will tell

no bc we all love diff ones so we never all go out together... mom and i only go out to eat when he isnt here. i dont like ordering healthy meals when i go out cuz i can do that right here. theres only so far ill go to 'watch' myself in a restaurant like last night switching the cheese and creating my own lf milk(i hate diet soda) good job on the snacks! |

I am still here just the last week of classes are a killer and I just was told I forgot to hand in my final paper in one of my classes, that was due three days ago. I handed it in, but am pretty sure I will fail the class now, the instructor is such a snob.
I am down roughly 3-4 ponds this week!!! Andrea I am so glad she didnt show!!!! T |
