I lost 1 pound 15 ounces from being sick. I am still queasy, and not eating much, but everything is staying with me!!!!!I think I would have rather spent three days straight on the treadmill!!!!!!

im ok.. sat. is quickly approaching. i am going to my thur group tonight tyo aid me in the mental prep. im settiong a ******ed 2 day goal: im gonna see if i can be no more than 160 by sat. maybe if i can achieve it, thatll give some confidence. |

I feel better. I am down to 207.3 today. I got about 7 points yesterday, not bad considering I wasnt able to eat breakfast due to my stomache. It got better as teh day moved on thoguh. Andrea are we it here, lately this board is so slow... Tara |

glad to here youre better! well tomm is theq day for me... for real. i gotta esp. if i do have an ulcerbwhich it a very strong possibility at this point. i wi yest just to see&when i wi today i was the same so thats good bc that means im likely to be successful in restarting under 160. ive got 3 months til my sis visit and id like to be eas close to where i left off a few months as possible. |

i just finished 13 mins on my bike plus a 20-30 restistance traininbg and hoping to get a 1vhr swim in tonight.

I wish I could go swimming, but the pool in town is wicked expensive, 90$ a month. I could only get there maybe 2 times a week, still not worth 90$.

well my day went pretty good yesterday&i got my swim in so id give myself about 15 points for the day. well im off to do some crunches and leg stuff and then my bike and more swimming tonight. |
I am not happy. My weigh in is up like 3 pounds. 210.7 yuk!!!!
I am back on today, but it is my busy day so working out is not real easy. I hope to get in like 40 minutes walking at recess. Maybe more, doubtful though. Great points day andrea!!!! Tara |

sorry I have been MIA....spend the week with my family and didn't do very good tracking my points. We ate out so much ...gained 5 pounds too :( Hopefully it comes off quicky. Today I said I'm going back on track and found myself saying no I will start back up when I go shopping again. I CAN DO THIS I AM STARTING TODAY and sticking to it....now with that said time to go back and figure out how much damage I did today. |
