  • hehe i had visions of you bloated in water and rushed to the hospital to have your tummy pumped

    my doc asked me to reduce my water consumption as i was drinking more than 3 litres each day. i find it hard not to reach for water but at least my bladder doesn't wake me during the night now

    breakfast is still my big downfall. i tend to skip it as when i get up in the morning, the thought of food just isn't appealing. it takes a lot of "convincing" myself to even have a bowl of cereal it's a work in progress.

    Again with the questions - I was very good today - no cheating, but how does that fit in? If I have broiled fish and salad for dinner that is good, but If I follow it with 1/2 gal of ice cream... (not that I'm going to) - Do I just not report the good meal?

    I'll check in tomorrow - This is great - I'm glad to see we are all having a good start.

    It is 9:20 and I just got finished tucking away the kidlets and had planns to try and get some more time on the treadmill but DH just got home from work and is going running and quite frankly I am just too tired. SO I am going to watch the election coverage. Here is my totals;

    Exercise- 1pt I'll do better tomorrow I promise
    Water - 2pts, yes that 4 litres, can't believe I did it.
    Healthy Meals - 3pts

    So thats 6pts all told,

    Not bad for my first day!!

    How many ounces in a liter? I drink by ounces so if someone knows the conversion, I'll post in liters.
