I'm okay, I guess. Not a good fitness weekend. Between cravings and all kinds of family get-togethers I definitely ate the wrong kinds of things. When I weighed on Thursday and hadn't lost anything though I was good all week (well, mostly) I sorta lost my motivation temporarily. But here we go again. I'm just going to keep trying and it's going to work for me! One more family thing tonight (my 19-year-old brother is going to Argentina for two years on a church mission, and he leaves Tuesday) but it should just be normal food, not all the cake and ice cream like yesterday... Can't work out today but tomorrow I should get a good hour and a half in. Talk to you later!
