Morning everyone
Well yesterday was a bad day...Didn't get to workout at all and failed to drink my water..only drank 20 oz but today I've done got up motivated and did a 20 minute workout from the dvd the biggest loser...It was a good cardio workout but it was hard on the legs....I know I'll be sore tomorrow..
Come on everyone I know you all can do this with me.

..Also since we are to keep a daily journal I just wanted to let everyone know that there is a web site that you can log your food intake, excerise, weight etc at fitday.com...I've been using it along with also writing everything down in a notebook
