I went to town w/ my MIL today and we were gone ALL day long. I just wanna go to bed, LOL. and...I had (gulp..) 7 pieces of crazy bread and a 20oz dr pepper for lunch.... (i hadnt had breakfast, and it was the cheapest thing I could buy...) and now I feel so horrible for blowing my calories on that. ok back on track now 
The ab workout was really hard at first but is getting easier. There are a couple of moves I can't do b/c of my back, but I am getting there!! Hope you are doing better!
