I've done pretty well getting to the gym this week. I forgot my shoes today to go to the gym. But I might go this evening after I eat dinner.
i want to go work out tonight bu i forgot my workout bag this morning and all i have i my swim suit. I may still go swimming or i may go home and get a snack and my workout cloths and just go. I am not sure yet. What is your fav. kind of cardio?
