It is so awesome how diligent you are on stair climbing. I am inspired to start stairs at work since I am missing out on so much treadmill time.

The good thing is that I'm sleeping great - hurray! I've been getting up to 9 hrs of good sleep, and am in bed by 9 pm at the latest (can't keep my eyes open longer than that!).


) is just stress. I have some work issues that have taken over my weekend and some contractor/construction project issues that have taken their toll as well.
