I lost 3 pounds since the challenge started so that puts me at 137 pounds. I was hoping to scrooch down to 135 pounds but I'm not complaining. It'll happen. Pure thought and clean living shall prevail! Haw!

hi amarantha, eydie, frogger, kaylets, arabella, wildfire, ceara, and to all royals.

i am finally back on track with healthy food choices and portions in the past few days. had been on shakey ground with that for far too long, but glad to be back in the saddle again. my ms "technical difficulties" have been on-going for quite a while now, so am trying to work with my situation, instead of against it. am still keeping up with tai chi and back, leg exercises. now----on to trying to get this poor 'ole body to actually lose some weight. my golden retriever buddy, mack, visited me yesterday. what a treat that always is! well, thinking of you all. take care.

Just weighed in...238 still. So I lost 5lbs on the challenge.
