Dee- No, just ran by myself. Had to catch up for the weekend, since I only ran 6.5 on Saturday. I normally do 9 or 10 on a Saturday.

Going out walking tonight so I will post the mileage later. A lot of the miles that I have been doing are swimming miles. As fit as I have been over the years I have not liked swimming, it is just to darn hard. Why you ask am I doing now, doctors recommendation for my sore back. It also burns 500 calories for an hour. Don't know what the after burn is for the day but the hourly rate is great. |
Gayle-I'm so proud of you! Keep up the good work. I'm sure the walking time is a great stress reliever and nice time for yourself while waiting for your mom.
