GDay Ladies ! I took the day off work today to do some studying. Only 2 more classes left and then I write my final exam, so need to get a handle on the material that we covered this week. So I am enjoying my morning

and then will get my butt into gear on homework.
MOM ~ hmm sore feet. I had that problem when I was doing a run/walk program. The problem was with swelling just below my toes (metatarsil), unfortunately this particular problem doesn't go away to quickly and I had to give up the running part of my program. Hopefully yours is nothing serious, but yes you should go to the Dr. to get it checked out as you don't want to do more damage to it.

ANGEL ~ you can do this !! Like everyone said finding the reasons behind it are often the most important thing that you can do. Once someone told me that when you are having thoughts about food that you have to consider those thoughts as not being part of you, but rather a thought that is trying to control and you need to fight it off... distract yourself, have a glass of water.. do something... but don't let it win !!
