I started walking last week (don't faint! :yikes: ) I'll start posting my walking starting this month. Instead of milage, I'm doing minutes.Hope this is ok with everyone.

Ran 6.5 today (Apr. 2) first in light sprinkling, then pouring rain. Finally gave in to the rain. I really wanted to go 8 today. I'm up for 12 tomorrow though.

I walk more on the weekend that I work, because I work in a huge building and walk the halls and stairways on my breaks and lunch. We had a major snow storm on the weekend. It is melting again now. I can't wait to get outside and walk. |

Sherry wow I can't believe it. You are walking with us. Minutes is great. I usually count 20 minutes of walking as one mile but you go ahead and mark your minutes.
Shelley wow that is warm. How do you manage to run in that heat? I guess you must go early before it is too hat or later when it cools down. Janice I am sending manitoba warm weather your way. 15/100 miles |
