Hey- How many sizes have you all lost? It is slow going for me but I am down 2 shirt sizes (boobs always go first LOL!)
Now I can actually fit into about 1/4 of the shirts in my closet! Before there were only 3 that fit...

Sizes SUCK!! The truth is, I don't know!!! Before I had some 18s and 20s that I wore skin tight, like suck it in tight. I wore work out pants most of the time, I work from home. (lol, that was funny, I wore work out pants, I just never worked out in them, hee hee) Now I wear 18s baggie, kinda too big, some 16s are tight, I have a pair of 14s that I can also put on (they are probably missized but don't burst my bubble). Who knows??!! I would guess that I was a 22 and now I can wear a 16, what does that come out to 3 sizes?? On top I am wearing a regular XL or L. I used to wear a 2X. And yes there is a big difference between an XL and a 1X. The shirt depends upon what my arms will fit into. I HAVE HUGE ARMS!!! Nothing fits me right on top, either it is too small for my arms or fits my arms and is huge in the body. I know my arms have shrunk some, I just wish they would speed it up a little.

Yeah- I wish my arms would shrink too.... and I would love to get rid of the back fat... (okay I gave you all a nasty visual- sorry about that.)


I should work out more but am not really inspired- it is too stressful just being a mom keeping up with everyones needs. I am burned out...

It is a challenge just to eat right.

I went on a 3 day ride to Yellowstone last weekend and had a blast! I absolutely love it there.

Hey Rebel, don't give in to the insurance company. Stand your ground and threaten them with a lawyer if you have to. I hope your hubby is feeling better. And congrats on the 80lbs!

The BFL program is going good, I actually only just got it started this week and I can't wait for my cheat day mmmmmmmmm pasta here I come! I've actually gotten up early all this week and have done my cardio - I still hate getting up early, but I'm doing it. Plus, I want to have all my workouts done during the week so I can have the weekends to do whatever I want.

Work is good, family is good, life is good.

Ok Chicks here to tell you about the new Harley. DH decided on the FLHX Street Glide 2007. OMG it is beatiful. The tour pack is on order and the 13 inch seat for me is also on order. Guess what I actually got to drive it. Smooth! Did I say smooth. It is a flat paint that is blue. I can hardly wait to go on a long ride with it.

Tiff I can't believe you blew the surprise. Oh well at least he is excited to see you. When does he come home? Love the pictures of the biker chicks really cute!

Sizes lost here started out at a 24 now I am at 12. 6 sizes lost!

Yellowstone sounds great, so want to go there.

I'm SEVERELY low carbing right now. I have 36 more days until my brothers wedding and I have got to lose something...anything by then. Plus, I've got to fit into my bridesmaids dress! Why did I waste this whole summer?!?! Ugggghhh!!! I have made the decision that the next 36 days are going to be cheat free, too.

Ok, I need to share. I posted this in the Race to 199 thread but I wanted to share it with you girls too.

I went out last night, I know, Naughty naughty, I had 800 calories in just beer yesterday. Oh well, I will work it off today. Anyway, I had nothing to wear. The jeans I ended up wearing are the smallest I own and they were FALLING off of me. Baggy everywhere, even the butt!!! My friends and I are all 30, there was a group of three 21 year old boys stumbling over each other to get my attention!!! That's right, 21!!!! OMG, I felt so beautiful. The one of them that actually sat down and talked to me for a while, couldn't stop complimenting me. It felt so good!! I confessed to him that I used to be a lot fatter than I am now and do you know what he said??? Well first he didn't beleive me. Then he said, "I can't beleive you were ever fat, you are absolutely HOT!" I was so taken aback, I didn't know what to think. He told me I need to start to learn to take compliments, because he was very sincere about it. He actually meant it!!! Then we got into conversation and I told him I am MARRIED, trust me girls, I am not like other women when they go out, I tell the truth. He still stayed and talked to me because he thought I was the most exciting and entertaining thing at the bar. Then later, I was walking to the bathroom, and stopped me again to tell me that beauty comes from within and I got it going on inside and out!! Holy crap, that little boy was the ego boost I have been needing lately. One more thing, he thought I was a liar when I told him I was 30, he thought I wasn't a day over 23!!! And I know it wasn't a line, I talked to him for quite a while, I could tell he meant it and really thought that. Well, my husband better get home soon or some youngin' is going to snatch me up!! lol, just kidding. I just can't wait for Kris to come home. I miss him so much and I am eager to see his in person reaction to me. I need to take a new during picture, the pants I was wearing in the body shots are too big on me now. Hee hee

Kathy....congrats on the pounds lost....unfortunately, I have had waaaay toooo much fun this summer and have gained back much of what I lost earlier in the year. Back on track with my eating plan now...just have to fall in love with my Gazelle again. You guys have all inspired me to get with it.....THANKS!

I was right up there by you when you went to Yellowstone, Kathy.....I flew into Cody. My daughter and her family live in a little teeny town by the name of Powell which is about 23 miles away. BEAUTIFUL country! We took day trips up to the Beartooth Mountains and the Big Horn Mountains....2 mountain ranges that surround the desert basin that Cody and Powell are in. There were hundreds and hundred of bikes everywhere! I told my HH that next year we're taking our bike out there to see the kids and RIDE! Here's a pic of some bikers in the foothills of the Beartooth Mountains. The next one is of a little mountain town called Red Lodge, near where the HD national rally was held this past July. There's also a pic of me, my grandkids and SIL standing at the base of a huge waterfall in the foothills of the Big Horns. Got to see some big ol' moose up there too!! One more of me sitting by Beartooth Lake and the last one is my DD and DGD. Tiff...you just think you're the only picture crazy one here! By the way.....I loved looking at all of your pics! Pics are good

Hope all of you are having a great weekend and are able to get out there and ride! HH is working, but we had our weekend when I got home from WY. We rode one evening, but the days are just tooooo hot right now. My dream is to live here in our little Florida bungalow where we can ride all winter from October through June....then live in Wyoming near our daughter and grandbabies during July, August & September. With our bike, of course! HH says when he retires in a few years that's a real possibility. Wouldn't that just be the best of all riding worlds???

We don't have a specific date, they just told us mid September. I should find out the exact date within a few days.
