I've had it since 1985 or so....
I'm a calorie counter and have been working out using the workout routines from the book Winning By Losing by Jillian Michaels (the trainer for the show Biggest Loser)...I'm slowly attempting to get to goal and be toned when I get there.


not too much anyway. He has not seen any of my weight loss so far. I have only been sending him head shots so far!!
