Tuesday 3 miles since last post Total 15 miles.
I am soon going to start walking outside. The snow is almost gone and the weather is finally above freezing some days. It will be so much nicer than the treadmill.
At work I walk around the halls and stairways. I work in a huge nursing home.

I may stubble and fall sometimes but I get back up and keep on going. I am not going to let that stop me.

Had to go down on my goal. I won't be able to run for 1 week after I go to have the lump removed from my breast. I need the courage to keep up with Dee, though. I will walk instead of run, but I don't think I'll be able to get as many miles in walking.

Shelley don't worry about making your goal. Take care of yourself. You will still be able to put on some miles walking. We will do it together.

Janice just doing something is great. One step after another leads to a mile. I am one that really values that.
