Hi everyone!

Welcome to all the new group members!! This group is sure taking off! :lol:

I had a good day today, stayed within my points, finishing to drink my water as I write : )

Glad to see that everyone is drinking up to the challenge!! Keep up the good work everyone! :bravo:

Paige, I love the virtual model site you gave us the link to. So I'll try to post myself (before, my first goal of 175 and my final goal of 140). What a great motivator tool!

Sorry i've not been on in a while been real sick. Hi to all the newbies that joined. Feel like i've out of place already didn't check in everyday just been to sick sorry for that. It will take me a while to get to know everyone so please give me time ok. I like my elliptical someone ask me a while back.
Since i've been sick i've gain 3 pounds do that when i'm sick. I didn't put it on my weight bar just going to try to get it to post this time. Good luck to all, we can do this.

It me again I have a question about the weight bar. When i got it to show I had to copy then paste. Now when I got to my other chat rooms it can be pasted there to so how do I keep it from staying where it can be paste because my husband uses this computer to and I realy don't want him to know who I am. It would be fun if he was talking to his friends and the weight bar come up.

basic75....if you dont want to copy and paste you can write down the stuff and type it in yourself .....EXACTLY with all the symbols and everything

:dizzy: JME, don't feel too guilty about missing your workout, you did have to make a lot of trips to the water cooler :lol: that has to count for something. I always have to wait for hubby to leave and baby to take a nap to get my workout in, especially if it involves contortion :D

DH has spent the night making several different comments about this "girl" or that who looks good or one very pretty actess he said looked old. :mad: And I am suppose to believe he thinks I'm beautiful? What does he think I'm stupid???? So made me feel bad for sure. But thats okay cuz I'm gonna be WILF again someday soon. he better be nice to me now. Once when I met a guy he worked with years ago he said to my DH "you didn't tell me you had a trophy wife." At the time I was annoyed. What I would give to hear that again. I avoid meeting people he is going to school now. I know I shouldn't but I do. With how much being over weight affects my life you would think I would be willing to do anything to lose this weight. I am doing what I am suppose to, not going over on points but I want to be thin NOW!!! I keep thinking if I cut my cal drastically I could get there faster. I have to keep fighting with myself. Yesterday I ate almost nothing. Then today I was starving all day. But I didn't binge. I just got back on track. I tried the DDR we got last week. I now know how truly uncoordinated I am. I meen I always knew but now my son knows too. It will be a good workout though if I don't hurt myself :rofl: I drank all of my water today. And I feel so thirsty. so I must finally have myself hydrated enough that I actually know I am still very dehydrated. Well you all take care.

basic75, You would have to check this on your computer but on mine it only saves the last thing I copied to paste. so after you have copied your weight bar into your siggy copy something else. Anything. Then try pasting, the last thing you copied should be what pastes? Maybe copy a smiley or something after you are done then that is what will paste when he uses it next?

Good morning all!!!!

Today i didnt went to work cause toninght i have a midterm exam, and i stayed home to do some studing.

So yesterday i went to the gym, made 15 mins. in the stair master, and 15 more in the elliptical, that's a total of 30 mins. of cardios!

I'm really stress about that exam, so if you feel like im down, that might be the cause :(

Basic 75, hope you feel better soon, dont worry about not catching up with us i'm sure when you get better you'll be ahead fo us! :lol:

This test its driving me crazy :dizzy: , and i cant stop thinking of it, its so annoying!!!. I didnt want to go studing without first saying hello to you girls.

So maybe tonight i'll log on to write something really decent! ;)

I've noticed I tend to drink most of my water at night, and the more I drink, the more thirsty I get.

I'm going to have to go through this thread again and add all of the newcomers, but for now, I better get moving and working out. I made my February goal of 8 pounds lost so I started on my St. Patrick's Day goal :D

Hello girls. I have been so busy today have not had time to post. I was feeling guilty because I was rushed for time and ate a very snacky lunch......until I read your last post Selena. Your right......live for NOW!! I will not let it get me down. I will work harder tonight with my workout. I did not get my cardio in lastnight but got in some strength exercise instead. I do not have internet at home so the only time I have to post is at work. Will be getting internet again soon at home then will be able to keep up with posting.

Good News..............I got all my water in yesterday (65oz) and almost there today. I am getting plenty of exercise between the water cooler and the bathroom. LOL.

Will try to check in with you all before I leave for the day. Hope you all have a great day and remember together we can all do this!!!!

hi my name is Lisa. i am going to be 32 on friday.i have three step kids and one five yr old daughter. i have been married to a sometimes wonderful man for 7 years.He is very supportive of this weight loss project. i am 5'6 and 246.5 lbs i am going to lose about 90 lbs total using e-diets. I hope everyone has had a wondefully losing day.

I went to the grocery store today and did pretty well. Damaged the checking account some, but stuck to my list. I even left the ice cream alone!
I got my water in today, and worked out last night. So again, I will work out tonight. I hope you know that it is because I tell you that I'm going to do it that I do. Otherwise, it could easily be put off, but I want to keep my word!
Lisa, I love the part about the "sometimes wonderful man." I have been married for 26 years to a "most of the time wonderful man." For me, it has just gotten better. I have to remember that I am probably not always so "wonderful" myself! Me? No, never!!?

well ladies just checking in one more time before I leave for the day.

Welcome Lisa...You will lose that weight with your great attitude. There is alot of support and motivation in the ladies here.

Speaking of Floating....I am right there with you Selena. I have 60oz down so far and have all evening to go. I am getting lots of steps in because the Restroom at work is located at the other end of the building and I am visiting it VERY often.

Hope you all have a great evening. I am gonna try to get housework done early so I have more time for my workout. Got to get some cardio in tonight.
