And feeling MUCH better! Wow, that was really gross; two days of diarrhea, fever, and vomiting (yes, TMI, but if it keeps me away from the computer for two days, you KNOW I'm ill!)...I will never again sit here and smugly declare, (as I recently did) "I
never get sick!"
So, I'm glad that's over. Oh! Except for this...the first day I feel semi-human again...BAM! Time o' the month! Woo hoo! Life is just one big party around here lately!
The good thing about all this? Appetite = zero. So, that was a bonus. Although, I have no idea of how I may have benefitted from that since I still haven't replaced the battery in my scale yet. Today, definitely.
I have to catch up here. We have a new member I see...Welcome,
Chris! Of course you can join us! I look forward to hearing more about life in Montana...I've always wanted to visit there!
BarbPa: Lots and lots of good vibes and baby wishes coming your way, kiddo!

Stay serene and focused. We'll be here when you need us!
Andria...thanks for your concern! You know me so well!

You are almost NEVER too sick to post
I was nodding my head in agreement with your post about the value of
night sleep vs.
day sleep! Oh, how I hear you, sister o' the night! But there are advantages to being home during the day. My problem (well, one of them, anyway!) has been not being able to get myself into some sort of daily routine. Usually, my sleep needs, or lack thereof, dictate the day's events!
Lucky...Yes!! I am totally up for a challenge! Are we starting 1/24? I need this. BAD. Structure, focus...all that stuff! Amazing how quickly, after the first of the year, it seems to have fizzled away! I'm glad you're feeling better! I think of you whenever I see
Desperate Housewives because I know you're watching too!
Skittles...So, you have to unpack AND shovel? I'm so sorry. Actually, I don't mind shoveling, but I HATE unpacking! And
packing, for that matter! We're supposed to get some snow here today, my son is thrilled. We haven't really gotten much more than a dusting so far this year. Stay warm!
BarbG...Hey there! You're all over the place, aren't you, missy? How is your Perricone plan coming?
Laura...Little Debbies: oh, I'd have a real problem with that stuff in my house! Any restraint you show is awesome!! I don't even like McDonald's, but the smell can be intoxicating! Especially if you're hungry!! Hang in there, woman!
Jawsmom...

I found myself getting the attitude that if nobody sees me eat it then it doesn't count.
heh...how many times have I felt that??????
answer: daily That is a constant struggle for me, every day, home alone. I'll help you if you help me!
Anna...I'm dying to hear about the Pilates machine! I have a video and some bands to use with it, but haven't gotten up the courage to try.
hmmm...maybe today now that I think of it. I have taken a Pilates class at the gym and liked it though. (Very challenging, though...whew) BTW, congrats on your
downsizing!
Tony...What's up, doc?
Wow...that took much longer than I had planned, but I think I'm caught up. If I missed someone, it wasn't intentional.
Question for discussion:
What are you doing today, different from yesterday, that will get you to the weight that you desire?
I will eat a good variety of food, write down every morsel that goes into my mouth, count the points, and exercise for at least 30 minutes. Oh! and drink all my water. Yeah, I haven't done ANY of that lately!
Hey, it's a start...
I'm outta here for now...have a great day, all!
