My goal for January is to walk 30 miles and ride 30 miles.

Terrible race, but I finished! I fell down twice on the trails and then got sick and had to sit down a couple of times before heading to the porta potty.

ok im in a great mood so here goes. i did 20 min. of tae-bo eneregy.omg! i sweated so badly and the workout is 47 min. long! :eek: everyone's been recomending this to whittle the waist! the success stories are awesome. my ribs and bum are sore!lol! then 2 mile walk with leslie 30 min. and 24 min of the firm cardio sculpt for legs! activity points 10! yehaw! ok ill not be able to walk come tomarrow! ww weigh in . down 3 pounds! yea baby yea! doni |

HI I am back. Went on a mini vacation this weekend but I still got my workouts in. I am so proud. Worked out in the hotel gym and swam fri, Sat, and Sun. That is 10, 11 and 12 for me!! You all are doing great at staying focused!

I had a four-day week-end w/ absolutely NO exercise, unless you count all the walking I did while shopping :) Anyway, here's my catch-up miles (piddly tho they be!!) Walk: 3.5 miles, 21 to go!! Bike: 10 miles, 12 to go!! I'll get back into the groove and start coming around here more! Cheryl |

Walk: 1.5 miles, 19.5 to go!! Bike: 2 miles, 10 to go!! OK, y'all. I have seriously started to HATE the treadmill lately! It's so slow. Even w/American Idol on last night I could only hack it for 24 minutes. Last year I'd stay on for an hour - 90 minutes at a time, no prob. Ugh. I'm ready for the weather to change so I can walk outside for awhile! |
