Walk: 1.5 miles, 19.5 to go!! Bike: 2 miles, 10 to go!! OK, y'all. I have seriously started to HATE the treadmill lately! It's so slow. Even w/American Idol on last night I could only hack it for 24 minutes. Last year I'd stay on for an hour - 90 minutes at a time, no prob. Ugh. I'm ready for the weather to change so I can walk outside for awhile! |

I started back to the Y last week. :cb: I have worked out 3 times since then. Starting slow but I know I can built back up to what I was doing. Have a great weekend everyone!! |
Debbie I just about passed out when I seen your name over here. I had to come check it out. That is great three work outs at the Y. That is not what I call starting out slow. Way to go! Now to get Sherry to go with you.

7/98/120 I had shorted myself in mileage this month! Good thing I have Coolrunning to keep me in track. I went back and added what I posted. Shorted myself by 9 miles! |
