Julie, I am glad you guys are okay. I hate it when people screw around especially with slick roads. I made terriyaki chicken,baked potatoes and corn for supper. That is my favorite meal that I cook at home. I made some to take with me too. Tomorrow is my last day of work. I have to work early in the day so that Jay can get everything delivered and send the kids to their dance and get to bed early.

That is me today. What is worse than being sick with the flu/cold thingie ???? Being sick with the flu/cold thingie and your youngest daughter wakes you up in the middle of the night and has thrown up all over herself and her bed. And continues all night long to throw up. :-( Needless to say, that is what I've been doing today.. taking care of her. I had to go into work earlier to get my laptop so I could work some.... but she seems to be getting better. She finally has kept down her lunch, and right now she is acting like she feels better... I am still coughing. I hate being sick.

Julie.... sorry about your accident scare... thank goodness she didn't hit you. That would have been terrible. I am so glad you and your daughter are OK!!!!

Wow Angie... your trip starts this weekend!!! I didn't even realize it was that soon! Have a BLAST!!! And I will help motivate you once you come back.. I think we need a New Year's challenge to get us all back on track. Maybe Julie and I won't be sick, we will have the holiday temptations over with.. and we can start to get serious about our health.

Oh Cherie you poor thing, it is hard enough to take care of yourself when you are sick let alone another person. And that is just one of the worst is when they throw up in the middle of the night and all over the bedding. I feel for you. I have been there, it is tough, but I am glad she is starting to hold down food now. Hopefully you all can get some rest. I know how exhausted you must be. Hugs and I hope you and your little one feels better soon, hopefully your other daughter won't catch it.

Angie I think you know how it is, everyone, every winter has to re-learn how to drive in snow! haha....your dinner sounds good, boy I am going to miss you and everyone that is vacationing over the holidays. Hey girls, just winding down my day. I think I got almost all of my Xmas shopping done--for my side of the family anyway. Rick can buy stuff for his brothers & sisters by himself . While we were shopping at the Navy Exchange a woman got caught shoplifting (I guess) and was being escorted out of the store by 2 MP's in handcuffs. Michael was saying, 'what did she steal? how come she's stealing?' I was rather embarrassed but it was a legitimate question right? Oh man, I wish you guys could come over and have some cake with me I ate a piece after dinner today--the middle of it is chocolate mousse! I put what could fit in a tupperware container and threw the rest out, otherwise, I'd be eating it for days--and I would too

Julie, girl I'm so relieved you and dd are OK. The nerve of some people, especially with a such a huge road hog. If it were me i would've been so PO'd I would've confronted the other driver, but that's just me *roaaarrrrrr!!!!* She should have at least apologized and came over to see if you guys were ok. Thank God you were! That must've been so scary for you.

My best girlfriend from Seattle called me yesterday to wish me a belated happy b-day. She and I must've talked for well over an hour. She's thinking of moving back here next spring. If she does then maybe I'll have an exercise partner.

Noelle that would be great for you if your best friend moved back by you. It is always easier to excercise with a buddy. In fact I am trying to talk my kids into playing some music and dancing to get some excercise in. To cold for a walk, it is only sixteen degrees. I know you are a Motley Crue fan, well I admit it so are we! My husband really loves them. Well did you know they are doing a one time tour? One of our local radio station is having everyone write a petition on their website to get them to come to our city. If we were all going to vegas in March thats when they are going to be there ! I told my husband I would feel to old ! The eighties....the good ole days, huh? Haha. How cute and innocent of Michael to ask about that lady. Things are hard to explain to them sometimes. My dd asked me how I got her in my stomach , right now she is three I just said, God put you there honey!

It is cold up here - but I love this time of year! I am enjoying the snow and so is Fenway. For me it must be a White Christmas! I like the winter - but I wish it would leave in March. I am a snow baby - crazy, I know.

Well, I am almost all set to go. My mom and neice will be here shortly and then Jay is taking the kids up to get their gifts from his parents. I am going to try to clean the house but I know the cats will have it destroyed by the time we get back. We are going to be heading out at 3 this morning so we can get in a good distance by sunset. The kids have tons of coloring books and movies to watch so they should be all settled in. I think Rebel knows what is going on because he has been all excited acting today.

I guess my last day before break was yesterday. I had planned on going in today, but Ashley had different ideas last night when she decided to throw up all night. I'm now running on less than 2 hours sleep and a sick daughter who still wants to play, but still can't keep anything down and falls asleep as soon as she lies down. I went in this morning only to make sure I had sub plans for today. I guess this is a good time to clean.

Summer: The weather here is sunny and cool. Anyway, to us it's cool It's in the low to mid 70's. Light jacket weather in the morning and shirt sleeves by noon. I have 2 weeks for R&R.

Summer, good to hear from you. My BIL's parents are flying in from Cuba, NY to spend Xmas here. It's funny because my sister's MIL doesn't like the warm weather, she prefers to stay where it's cold. I bet my sis will be freezing her butt off in her own house if she has to turn the A/C on for her MIL's comfort.
