Happy New Year ladies!!! We're having a nice family night tonight. My shrimp pad thai and jasmine rice came out wonderfully :T . My hands are still burning from slicing up those hot hot hot chili peppers. Rick and Michael started playing with their fireworks around 4:30 pm, Michael just came inside to have dinner (4 hours later). My BIL just came over with a whole case of firecrackers. It's going to be a long, noisy, smoky night. All the animals are indoors, dogs and cats. I'm taking a break from my pyromania :lol:.
