Hi!

I'm pretty new here and was looking around for support from people in my (smelly, sweaty ) shoes. I'm a 26 yr old mom to 2 who works part-time (20 hrs/week) in a restaurant as a cook. I'm trying hard to lose the baby fat I got in my 2 pregnancies, but am finding it hard to eat right while I'm at work and around food all day.
You know, one french fry here, some buttered croutons there add up fast... and it's so hard not to snack your way through a shift. Guess I'm looking for people who've been there, done that.

Anyone else ???

I no longer work there, but I used to work in a convenience store - luckily I was not dieting at the time!! I understand how it is, though, to have all of the junk food right there in front of you all day long!!!
