I have done very well the last 2 days, staying mainly with Core foods throughout the day and having a few extra points at night. I will weigh Saturday morning, but I know that my weight has been up due to TOM.
I did weigh Saturday, but my weight was up a bit. I am about 132 lb now. I have been staying OP for the most part, so I am going to continue with my WOE, and see what happens.

I've discovered that I can't do Core. I eat too much. I need to have a limit on what I can and cannot eat. Also, since I am a runner, I really need the carbs to help me with my long runs. Maybe this is a cop out, but yesterday I really overate on lite bread because I was craving it so much.
