    Thursday walked 4 miles
    I'll be away on a mini vacation till Sunday but I will return then.

    Curves 30 minutes
    I put on a pair of shorts today that were snug just a few weeks ago and now they are loose and comfy! That is a great feeling.
  • Tina, you probably walk faster than I run! I run a mile in anywhere from 10:30-11:30.
  • Tina and Shelley, you two girls have motivated me! Now remember, I'm new to this whole exercise thing, so take it easy on me!

  • Ooops! I forgot to mention, this was walking (crawling part of the way) :-)
