Geez, the year is half over. Where did it go so quickly?
My goals, until further notice, are:
1. Lose hopefully 2 pounds a week, with at least 6 pounds a month.
2. Continue healthly living with exercise.
Jolly: I know what you mean about those "take this pill and lose it all overnight and be up for days because of the caffeine" pills. I am amazed at it also. "Results not typical" should actually read "hey, it might help for a short amount of time, but unless you change your lifestyle, forget it." And yet, amazingly, we are all still so tempted.
Busy weekend for me, so I won't be back until Monday.
